| We are pleased to advise that our average time for completion of a search is 90 days, as opposed to the industry average of 120 to 180 days. Since we believe that communication is key to client satisfaction, and the successful completion of a search, at our firm your search starts with a detailed conversation. A trained Scientific Professional Executive Recruiter will speak with you in order to understand your hiring objectives, and to create a Position Profile, which sets forth all of your hiring criteria. In addition to a detailed job description we document such things as the department hierarchy and reporting structure, the essence of the role, the challenges of the position, as well as specific details about your Diagnostic Laboratory.
Once the Position Profile is complete, we engage our Research Team and develop a Search Plan. The plan includes identifying sources, geographic industry contacts, executive contacts, and talent from our own database. The search plan sets forth a timeline and a series of milestones.
Our Search Plan is then put into execution through the identification of potential candidates. We determine their qualifications and conduct interviews. The interview serves as an evaluation process that establishes work history and achievements as well as the candidate’s career goals. We need to understand what drives and motivates each candidate, to ensure that their goals align with the objectives contained within our client’s Position Profile.

After the best candidates have been selected, we then make a verbal presentation to our client, followed by an e-mail of their CV or Resume. From that point we are instrumental in managing the details of the interview process, all the way through candidate selection and the extension of an offer. Additionally, after an offer is accepted we follow up with the candidate to ensure their resignation has gone smoothly, as well as monitor their assimilation into their new laboratory surroundings.
