| Lisa and Howard Chubinsky, are the Principals and Co-Founders of Scientific Professional Search, the Executive Search Division of Staff Providers, LLC.
The couple founded Staff Providers back in 2001, and for more than eight years they have worked extensively with National and Regional Laboratories, Hospitals and Pathology Practices to assist with all levels of their temporary and direct hire staffing needs.
The Scientific Professional Search Division emerged as a direct response to Staff Provider's clients' requests to handle their Executive Search needs. Eventually, Staff Providers spun off an entire Division, known as Scientific Professional Search, which is dedicated to Executive Search, througout North America.
Lisa Chubinsky
In the United States, Lisa is one of roughly only 300 recruiters to have earned certifications from both the National Association of Personnel Services and the American Staffing Association. She manages the Executive Search process for Scientific Professional Search. S he oversees research, candidate identification, the intermediate search phase, the logistics of the interview process, and the ultimate extension of an offer to the candidate. Lisa has served in senior recruiting and management positions, including that of Executive Vice President, with regional and national staffing firms. In the 90’s Lisa was instrumental in starting a Medical Staffing Division for a National Staffing Company. |

Lisa writes and lectures for various healthcare and business organizations, and makes frequent television appearances with regard to Search and Staffing. She is a State Board Member of Women in Healthcare Management and a former Association of Personnel Services State Regional Vice President.
She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree from Skidmore College and a Master of Music Degree with honors from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston.

Howard Chubinsky
Howard, as Principal and General Counsel, is primarily responsible for managing the firm’s new client development, insurance and legal matters. He also helps to shape the strategic goals and direction of the company. Howard regularly meets with Senior Decision makers and Search Committees to understand their hiring objectives and to formulate a Position Profile that sets forth their hiring criteria. His analysis incorporates the essence of the role, as well as the challenges of the position.
Howard is a graduate of the State University of New York at Buffalo, and John Marshall Law School in Chicago.
